Here is his approach to The Blogging Fool:
In the Tarot, the card “The Fool” represents the number zero , that which is nothing and thus can contain everything.
The meaning of the card is quite astute when one considers the adventure of the blogger:
As defined at Aeclectic Tarot:
~~~~
Basic Tarot Story
With all his worldly possessions in one small pack, the Fool travels he knows not where. So filled with visions and daydreams is he, that he doesn’t see the cliff he is likely to fall over. At his heel, a small dog harries him (or tries to warn him of a possible mis-step).
Basic Tarot Meaning
At #0, the Fool is the card of infinite possibilities. The bag on the staff indicates that he has all he needs to do or be anything he wants, he has only to stop and unpack. He is on his way to a brand new beginning. But the card carries a little bark of warning as well. Stop daydreaming and fantasizing and watch your step, lest you fall and end up looking the fool.
This is the eleventh blog site I have created. In the beginning I found a very steep learning curve, one having to do as much with grasping what a blog really is and the other spending countless hours and many sunrises learning to separate legitimately good advice from, well let’s say – advice created from not so benevolent sources.
Indeed the very education about blogging one may find online is a cottage industry for people trying to turn a quick buck. Interestingly enough, this is one of he first mistakes an aspiring blogger can make. The process of building a successful blog is as much about the journey as the reward. The rewards will come to those who have legitimately undertaken the quest and doen so with all their heart and might. But the rewards can and will come.
I will stop waxing philosophic and close by sharing that this is my site to catlog and share all that I have learned and will learn, as much for myself as for all those new voices that yearn and deserve to be heard.
I welcome you to walk with me on this journey to new frontiers…
The Blogging Fool.
